Versicom Communications was founded in 1989 creating custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.  In 1999, driven by the success of the ABCvoice Tax Infoline, Versicom was selected as one of the top 500 fastest growing private companies by a leading business publication.

Our customers have ranged from testing facilities, government agencies, check cashiers, tax preparation companies, insurance companies, doctors offices and financial advisers.  Notable customers have been the US Secret Service, Xerox, Exxon, FAA, H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, Farmers Insurance, and New York Life.

Versicom systems and services are simple to implement and robust with data centers in Ohio.  Our data centers can and have handled in excess of one million calls per day and handle tens of millions of calls annually.  Our vast capacity allows us to handle your calls immediately.
